At A-codetech, we provide digital products only (source code, templates, toolkits, dashboards, and playbooks). Since these are instantly downloadable and non-returnable items, our refund policy is limited but transparent.


Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if one of the following conditions applies:

  1. Technical Issues — The file is corrupted, cannot be opened, or contains critical errors that prevent usage.
  2. Duplicate Purchase — You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  3. Wrong Product Delivery — You received a product different from what was described or purchased.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.
  • The product does not meet subjective expectations (e.g., design style, layout preferences) but matches its description.
  • You purchased the product without verifying compatibility with your software environment (e.g., Python version, dbt, Terraform, or hosting platform).
  • You downloaded and used the product, then requested a refund without valid technical issues.

Refund Process

  1. Submit your refund request within 7 calendar days of purchase by contacting us at: support.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a clear explanation of the issue.
  3. Our support team will review the request and reply within 3–5 business days.
  4. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Delivery of Digital Products

  • All purchases are digital downloads only.
  • No physical items will be shipped.
  • After payment, download links are instantly available on your account page and via confirmation email.
